Actualiza tu iPhone al iOS 4.1 sin subir la Baseband

Como muchos sabreis el nuevo firmware del Apple, el iOS 4.1 trae entre sus novedades la actualización de la baseband del iPhone.

¿Cual es el problema? Pues que si actualizamos a la nueva Baseband no podremos liberar nuestro iPhone via ultrasn0w hasta que encuentren la manera de hacerlo. Por poner un ejemplo, con el iPhone 3Gs tardaron casi un año.

Así que mejor dejar la baseband tal cual como está.

Empezamos:

  1. Descarga TinyUmbrella 4.1.3 para WINDOWS o para MAC
  2. Descarga el firmware de tu dispositivo, aqui los tienes todos.
  3. Abre TinyUmbrella.
  4. Dale a “Start TSS Server”
  5. Abre iTunes
  6. Restaura tu iPhone con el firmware que has descargado. Muy importante RESTAURA, NO actualices.
  7. Esperamos a que iTunes nos de error 1004 (no pasa nada es normal)
  8. Le damos a Kick Device Out of Recovery

Listo ya tienes tu iPhone con el iOS 4.1 si haber modificado la baseband.

      Lo probe con un 3G y no sirve si sube baseband…lo hice cuidadosamente y nada si arrojo el error 1004 pero igual subio la baseband…todo hecho con Tinyumbrella 4.1.3

    Miren Yo creo ke eso no funciona con todos los Dispocitivos solo con lo iPhone 4, asi ke no inventen asta ke este seguramente confirmado….

        Hola Djrbn, Sin esto vale para la 4.0.2, tu baseband no subirá y cuando haya jailbreak podrás liberar tu iPhone si quieres

          Gracias por responder y perdon por ser tan borde kon el otro usuario. No me kda muy klara aun tu respuesta. Yo estoy en 4.0.2 , pero no llege a tenerlo jailbreak en la 4.0.1 , kon lo k no pude guardar el shsh con cydia , ni con tyniumbrella. Ahora al hacer esto me aseguro un futuro jailbreak?? Es que lo de liberar el movil me da un poko igual , pero lo del jailbreak no .

            Lo que no he probado es si se puede guardar las shshs en el disco duro con tinyumbrella y el firm ios 4.0.2

            Eso estaria muy bien , xk asi se podria hacer downgrade y jailbreak en la version 4.0.1 o 4.0. Bueno eso creo.

    Para solucionar el error 3002. Hacer esto:

    1.- Guarda las SHSHs usando tinyumbrella claro.
    2.- Luego hacer el proceso de nuevo

      SOLUCION AL ERROR 3002
      Tengo un iPhone 4 que venia de de fabrica con iOS 4.0.2
      Guardé los SHSH para 4.0.2 con Tiny Umbrella y seguí este tutorial, obteniendo varias veces el error 3002.
      El fallo era que también hay que guardar los SHSH para 4.1, en Tiny Umbrella en "Advanced Options"
      Después de hacer esto, seguí de nuevo este tutorial y me funcionó perfecto: iPhone 4 con iOS 4.1 y baseband 1.59.00
      Yo creía que para guardar los SHSH de un firmware determinado había que tenerlo instalado, pero se ve que no. Si alguien sabe resolver esta duda, por favor explicación…

    por cierto, guardad el SHSs bien sea por cydia o por Apple (disco duro) antes de hacerlo.

    Segun el mi 4.0.2 informacion es: Firmware del modem 1.59.00

      lo has hecho bien! no actualizar el baseband (firmware del modem) te sirve para poder liberarlo luego con Ultrasn0w (cuando se pueda!)

      amigo en mi caso no he guardado el shsh porque el equipo no funciona solo me da modo de recuperacio pues guardar los shsh de forma manual o algo asi que version de itune debo usar

    funciona a la perfeccion en mi iphone 4. realice el jailbreak con limera1n, pero antes mantuve mi baseband vieja con el tyniumbrella para posteriormente al hacer el jailbreak poder instalar el ultrasnow y asi mi telefono posee el cydia y esta unlock….haganlo sin miedo…todo funciona

    Esto no sirve para iphone 3g, en la misma pagina de tinyumbrella dice:

    TinyUmbrella – New UI Complete!

    3GS / 3G Users – DO NOT USE TINYUMBRELLA in an attempt to save your baseband. It will not work. The baseband protection is for iPhone 4 *ONLY*.
